There are a number of locations people launch paragliders from in Pacifica, all of which are unrated. Even though the launch locations in Pacifica are not officially rated, they should all be considered P3 sites. Below are the primary launch locations in Pacifica.
Cheetah
Located just south of Mussel Rock along the cliffs right before you get to the Mussel Rock parking lot. Cheetah is an advanced site which works with wind blowing from the SSW to WSW.
Chit Chat
Located behind Safeway and right across the road from the Chit Chat cafe.
