The Artik R 2 is Niviuk's EN-C two-liner — a sport-class wing that brings real competition technology into a serial certification. Two-line architecture means a direct B-riser pitch control and dramatically reduced line drag for accelerated flight that genuinely outperforms three-liner C wings.
The Artik R 2 refines its predecessor with an updated leading-edge structure for cleaner inflation, revised internal bracing for span cohesion in strong air, and risers with adjustable B-handles for ergonomic 2-line control. Brake response is direct and short, with high yaw and roll authority for working tight thermals on edge.
This is not a beginner C — pilots stepping onto the Artik R 2 should have time on a high-B and a comfortable understanding of accelerated flight and B-line steering. For the right pilot, it is the most rewarding sport wing in the catalog.
The Pilot
The Artik R 2 is for advanced pilots with at least 200 hours, comfortable on accelerated bar, and ready to learn 2-line technique. Strong XC pilots and comp-curious sport pilots are the target.
