Niviuk Hook 6 Paraglider
The Hook 6 sits at the upper end of Niviuk's EN-A range. It is built for pilots who have finished their initial progression on a school wing and want a sharper handling, better-climbing, longer-gliding wing while staying inside EN-A safety.
The Hook 6 inherits its construction technology from Niviuk's higher-performance designs — a structured leading edge with Nitinol rods, a clean rib alignment for efficient airflow, and a brake travel tuned for thermalling rather than just landing approaches. Inflation is light and progressive, with very little tendency to overshoot.
For pilots flying their first 50–100 hours, the Hook 6 is the wing that grows with you. It will happily turn tight in punchy thermals, sit comfortably in long glides, and accelerate predictably on bar — but always with the recovery characteristics of an EN-A.
The Pilot
The Hook 6 suits pilots between roughly 30 and 150 hours, club pilots who want one wing for many years, and instructors who want a high-end EN-A to recommend after a fleet wing.
