The 25 and 30 are for a light wing and a walk. The 90 and up are for the whole setup, and the 130 is for the whole setup plus whatever else you have talked yourself into carrying.
Buy bigger than you think if you fly a standard-weight wing. Buy smaller if you actually intend to walk.
