Full replacement line set for the Delta 4 paraglider. Includes all upper, middle, and lower lines, brake lines, and stabilo lines required to re-line the wing.
Construction:
Mixed sheathed and unsheathed Dyneema/aramid construction per Ozone's original specification. Upper cascade lines are typically unsheathed for reduced drag; lower lines are sheathed for handling and durability.
Installation and certification notes:
- Lines should be installed by a qualified paragliding technician or Ozone-authorized service center.
- A full line trim check against Ozone's published trim sheet is recommended after installation to maintain EN certification. Mixing new lines with old lines on the same wing changes trim and is not recommended without a complete trim check.
- Unsheathed lines are sensitive to UV, abrasion, and knots — handle and pack accordingly.
Service life:
Ozone publishes line replacement intervals based on flight hours and porosity/trim check results. Replacement does not reset the wing's overall service life; the canopy remains subject to its own inspection schedule.
